Admission process is key important initiation of education.The most needful education diploma is the technical education, which provides the ample technical man power to the production field.To make the students aware of importance of the technical education and also to make the admission process to number of polytechnics very easy; the nodal centers are setup.

A nodal center is a good facility which establishes the access to all the polytechnics through a “single windows centralized concept”. If one applies in single college and gets registered online, a merit number is generated considering various factors like percentage of scoring in 10th standard, category, minority, studies by kannada as medium, studies in rural area, Gadinadu kannadiga, SNQ quota, Ex-military, sports, NCC,NSS, physically Challenged etc.

Later dates and time will be issued as per the merit for the counseling, for allotment of seats in the colleges the students wish and discipline as per availability.

The whole process is done systematically in rounds. The seats left un-occupied in first round will be allotted in second round and so on. The typical nodal center is equipped with the internet and projectors connected to systems displaying the seats allotted to the merits numbers along with candidate name and college as well as course taken all over the polytechnics in Karnataka.

On spot admission by collecting the fess are done and allotted seats are blocked giving the statistics of the remaining seats in all the colleges around Karnataka. In our polytechnic the Non-interactive nodal was started in the academic year 2015-2016 to 2016-2017 and later in the year 2017-2018 became the interactive nodal center.

Our nodal center is very facilitative and service providing setup for the large area of chickballapur district, Bangalore Rural and Kolar as it is in the middle.
All the staff is allotted respective duties to run the nodal center smoothly.
Maximum help is lent to the parents as well as the students are being given by the dedicated staff of our polytechnic.
Initially the parents are guided in the documents procuring, later about the courses offered, seat matrix, availability of the seats suggesting the suitable corse

Even though there is a nodal center in Chinthamani the distance from the towns like Gowribidanur ,Doddaballapur, and Gudibande is more than 50 kilometers. Our nodal center is really at the convenient distance for the remote villages and the country side areas. Totally put together the nodal center has made it possible for any students to take admission in any college in Karnataka by reaching a polytechnic nearby.

Transfer & Conduct Certificate (Original & 1 copy).
S.L.C Marks Card (Original & 1 copy).
Photographs 6 No’s (3 Passport size + 3 stamp size)
Five / Ten years study certificate duly countersigned by AEO / BEO (Between I Std. to X Standard) – Original & 1 copy.
Rural certificate duly countersigned by AEO / BEO – Original & 1 copy.
Kannada Medium Studied certificate ( Studiend in Kannada Medium from 1st standard to 10th standard) duly countersigned by AEO / BEO – Original & 1 copy
Caste Certificate & Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar for SC/ST & Category I candidates (Original & 1 copy).
Eligibility certificate – In case of students who have passed 10 std. or equivalent exams, other than K.S.E.E. Board, Bangalore (Original & 1 copy).
